4 Week Home Program



No gym? No worries! I have created this home training program with minimal equipment. All you will need is –

  • Resistance bands (1 small leg band and 1 long band preferable)
  • 1 x Small set of dumbbells (Light to medium weight for upper body)
  • 1 x Heavier dumbbell or kettlebell for lower body
  • Mat

This program is to keep up your movement while training from home with a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises to keep your muscles under tension and burning those calories. This program is suitable for men and women of any age.
