4 Week Strength Training Program
Wanting to increase your strength on compounds lifts like Squats and Bench Press? Then this program is for YOU! This program will have you lifting heavy and frequently throughout the week (minimum of 4 days) I would suggest this program is for people who have been training in the gym for at least 12 months and know technique for Barbell Back Squats, Barbell Bench Press and Deadlifts. You will progress each week to get stronger and lift more. Suitable for Men or Women.
